Dr. Tchuenbou Magaia initially graduated from Biochemistry in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree, and obtained a Master's degree in Biochemistry in 2001, majoring in Nutrition and Food Technology. This master's degree was completed while working as a quality control assistant for the dairy company Camlait. Later, he joined the Food Science and Metabolism Laboratory (University of Yaound é) as a research assistant. She obtained a three-year joint degree in Food Science and Engineering from AGROPARITECH (formerly known as ENSIA-SIARC in France). I pursued a PhD in Biochemistry and Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham in 2008 and have since published multiple scientific papers in SCI authoritative international journals.

Dr. Fadiji graduated from the Federal University of Technology (Minna, Nigeria) with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and Biological Resources (highest honors). He obtained a master's and doctoral degree in mechanical engineering and conducted research under the DST-NRF South African Research Chair Initiative Post Harvest Technology Research Laboratory at the African Post Harvest Technology Research Institute (Stellenbosch University, South Africa). After obtaining his doctoral degree, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Stellenbosch University and then joined the Post Harvest and Agricultural Processing Research Center and the Applied Data Science Center (University of Johannesburg, South Africa), where he coordinated the flagship of post harvest agricultural applied data science. He has published his work in highly influential peer-reviewed journals.

王军，安徽巢湖人，江南大学包装工程系博士、教授、博士生导师，先后入选江苏省青蓝工程、“333”高层次人才培养工程、双创博士、福建省闽江学者等。兼任国际包装工程权威期刊Packaging Technology and Science主编、《振动测试与诊断》编委、《包装工程》编委会副主任、《包装学报》/《湖南包装》编委等。主持国家级、省部级纵向科研项目20余项，主持千万级重大横向项目4项，担任十多家龙头企业顾问/首席科学家等。在全球包装工程领域，率先推动“未来包装科学和技术”人才的培养和实践，主持/参与省级、校级教改项目5项，获得省级/校级教学改革特等/一等奖3项，主编教指委全国包装工程统编教材1部。
