五、报告人简介：
Dr. ChaoChen is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, Monash University, Clayton, Australia. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China.He holds a PhD from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. His research interests include Agriculture Robotics, Medical Robotics, and Infrastructural Robotics. Currently, he is also serving as Editorial Board Member of “Agronomy Basel: Precision and Digital Agriculture”, “Transportation Safety and Environment”, “International Journal of Intelligent Mechatronics and Robotics”， “Begell House”, and“Transactions of Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering”.In 2022, he successively was invited as Guest Editor of Special Issue in Agronomy: Research Status, Progress, and Applications of Agricultural Robot and Agriculture 4.0 Technologies in Field Operation, Research Status, Progress, and Applications of Agricultural Robot and Agriculture 4.0 Technologies in Field Operation - Volume II, and Topics about Grand Challenges of Advanced Technologies in Sustainable Agriculture 4.0: Future Farming, Harvesting and Preservation. In addition, he served as the Branch Chairman at the International Conference on Robotics and Automation in 2021.
